Clear title, verified ownership
We check every property for clear title and verified legal ownership before it appears on the platform.
Independent valuation
Every property is valued independently, on market research for that time and that location, and the valuation is published on the listing.
Everything published up front
Location, photographs, the valuation, the projected net yield, every fee, the expected holding period and the planned exit, before you commit any money.
Your money is protected
We hold your money until the project meets the conditions in its documents. If a property is not fully funded within the stated period, your money is returned.
